Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Keystone Corona Masonry and Concrete, coronamasonry.com, sales@coronamasonry.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Keystone Corona Masonry and Concrete website and any estimate, project or service you arrange with us. By using the site, asking for an estimate or hiring us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work through it.

If a written estimate, contract or change order we both sign says something different from this page, the signed document controls for that job.

What we do

We're a masonry contractor in Corona, CA, and we do masonry and concrete work for homes in Corona and the cities around it. That includes foundation repair, chimney and fireplace work, brick and block walls, retaining walls, pavers, walkways, stone veneer, outdoor kitchens and repointing. You can read more about us on our About page and see the full list of services from our home page.

The descriptions on this site are general information about the work. They aren't a promise that a given method, material or result fits your property. What we'll do on your job is what's written in your estimate or contract.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and come with no obligation. We give them after looking at your property, because the condition of the site, the soil, access and the materials you pick all change the price.

An estimate is our best figure based on what we can see. Some conditions only show up once the work is open, such as damaged block behind a veneer, a weak base under old concrete or a buried line. If that happens, we'll stop, explain what we found and get your approval on a written change before we do extra work or charge more for it.

Prices on an estimate hold for the period written on it. After that, material costs may have moved and we may need to update the figure before we schedule.

Scheduling and cancellation

We set a start date with you once the estimate is accepted. Dates can move because of weather, inspections, material deliveries or conditions found on site, and we'll tell you as soon as we know of a change.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (951) 393-1203 or reach us through our Contact page as early as you can. Any deposit, cancellation charge or refund is handled as written in your signed agreement, and materials ordered specially for your job may not be returnable.

Where California law gives you a right to cancel a home improvement contract within a set time, nothing on this page takes that right away.

Payment terms

Your contract lists the amount due, when each payment is due and how you can pay. Payments are due on the dates in that contract.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's made, and we may use the remedies California law allows a contractor, including lien rights on the property where the work was done.

Our guarantee and warranty limits

We're licensed and fully insured, and we stand behind our work. If something about the job isn't right, call us and we'll come look at it, because your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Any written warranty for a job is the one stated in your contract, and material makers' warranties are theirs, not ours. Apart from those, the website and its content are provided as is, with no other warranty, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.

Masonry and concrete can show hairline cracks, color variation and settling that are normal for the material. Damage from ground movement, drainage problems, misuse, or later work by others usually isn't covered unless your contract says so.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Keystone Corona Masonry and Concrete isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost use of your property, connected to this website or our services. Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, including for harm caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Settling disagreements

If you have a concern, please talk to us first. Most problems get sorted out quickly when we come back out and look at the work together.

If we can't resolve it that way, either of us may bring a claim in the state courts in Riverside County, California, including small claims court where the amount fits its limits.

Governing law

These terms, and any work we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page from time to time. The version posted here applies from the day it's posted, and changes don't alter a contract you've already signed with us.

If you have a question about these terms, call (951) 393-1203, seven days a week from 8 AM to 9 PM, or send us a note through our Contact page.
